In windows there is a file whose name is "taskkill.exe" this file is the default Windows application, the same function with the command End Task in Task Manager but its use is more simple than using the Task Manager. That is by the way made a shortcut on the desktop computer, so when we open the program and in fact have a hang or a "Not Responding" then we just double click this shortcut and windows will automatically identify and shut down all programs crash / error.

1. Right-click the desktop, select 'Create New Shortcut'
2. Copy-paste the code below into the field location shortcut
taskkill.exe / f / fi "status eq not responding"3. Then click Next and give the name, or allowed to default is also okay.
After performing the above steps then there will be a shortcut with the name 'taskkill.exe' (dafault).
This trick works on Windows XP Pro, Vista and Windows7.
