15 Questions Interview Entrapment


It is no secret that interview or job interview is the most critical thing to get the job you want. Because of this, of course you know that you have to prepare yourself seprima possible, both physically and mentally. Here I present 15 questions with trick trick in order to qualify in the interview ...

1. Please tell us about yourself
Usually this is an opening question, because it do not spend too much time to answer. Give an answer that answers four subjects: the last years, education, work history, and recent career experience.

2. What you know about us?
When the question was issued, you should be able to discuss products or services, income, reputation, public gaze, target, problems, management style, the people in it, history and philosophy of the company.
Give an answer that tells the interviewer that you take the time to find out about the company, but do not act like you know everything about the company, show a desire to learn more about the company, and do not give a negative answer like "I know the company you are experiencing problems-problems , that's why I'm here ". Emphasize the benefits of the company and your interest in it.


3. What can you give us (the others can not give)?
Mention achievements and career paths that you have accomplished. List the capabilities and the things that interest you, join with the history you achieve those things. Mention your ability to set priorities, and identify problems.

4. What most interests you from this job? And what is the least interesting?
Name three to four attractive factors of the job you want to take and one small thing as a factor that is less attractive.

5. Why should we hire you?
This question is the same as question number four,
Just mention the abilities
You are able to support the company.

6. What are you looking for in a job?
Give the answer revolves around the opportunity in the organization. Tell the interviewer if you want to contribute and be recognized. Avoid answers that question the personal financial stability.
 

7. In your opinion, what is the definition of the position you want?
Give brief answers and range of duties and obligations. Make sure you understand the position you want answered before.

8. How long did it take you to contribute meaningful to us?
Give realistic answers. Tell the interviewer that although you will try to overcome all the expectations and challenges from day one, you need about six months to really understand the company's organization and its needs.

9. How long are you going with us?
Tell the interviewer that you are interested in a career with the company but you want to remain challenged to achieve the common target.

10. From your resume, we think you are too experienced for this position. How do you think?
It's a trick question. You are expected to remain humble but confident in your abilities. The best way to handle it is the answer that you need to know the company further before it can work efficiently at a higher level.

11. Why did you leave your previous job?
You should answer these questions honestly, but briefly and clearly, including if it is because you're fired. But that need attention, you should not mention personality conflicts. You need to calculate that the interviewer will probably ask a lot about this issue, do not let your emotion.
 

12. What do you feel when you have to leave your job?
Tell the interviewer that you are worried but do not seem to panic. Tell them that you are ready to accept all risks for the sake of getting a suitable job for you. Do not show that you are more concerned with financial stability.

13. In your previous job, things that are pleasing to you? And what is not acceptable?

Be careful in answering this question and point out positive things. Describe the more things that you like than you do not like. Do not mention personal problems. If you make a bad impression before the job, the interviewer will wonder why you're there. This obviously reduces your professionalism.

15. Why you do not get a better job at your age?
Again this could be a trick question. Tell the interviewer that this is the reason you find job vacancies in the company. Do not be defensive.
