That is 'Changing Cursor Shape in Blog'.

What is the step?

First, open Design => Add a Gadget => HTML/JavaScript

Then copy code below

Then Save

The red is image i use to change the cursor shape..

If you want to use the other one, just replace the image link there

It's up to you..
